I've not been on WWG regularly for over a year. Now that I have a new computer I can access the site with no problems. I hope to keep active in the Greek universe με την βοηθεια σας. Ciao.

I haven't been on this site for a long while. Life just got busier. After a long absence I realized that I couldn't get back on so easy. Something was definitely buggy about this site. I would get on the main page or sign in but I was stopped there. My computer would freeze up and I'd have to "force quit" my Mac. After so many tries and for fear that I'd wreck my drive, I stayed away. In that time I missed out on a few events and commenting. I hope the bugs are worked out because it's important for me to stay in touch.

The virtual world is in no way a substitute for real social time. I sincerely wish I had more real Greek friends.
Virtual friends can't get to know you with just a few comments exchanged. I was lucky to find this "network" but I felt something was lacking.
I know that I can be impatient but an important point that I wish to share with anyone who cares to read it is this: "hope is never enough".

PHILOXENIA

Greek Style Pork Tenderloin

Posted by Greek Cooking with my Sisters on May 21, 2013 at 8:17am 0 Comments

My sister Caroline makes a mean pork tenderloin, or should I say tenderloins. She's made it in so many ways and with various sauces such as apple, raspberry, mustard cream - you name it, she’s probably tried it. Today she made it in one of my favorite ways - Greek style, which is also one of the easier ways to…
