What to do in Rhodes?

I will be in Rhodes for 12 hours in a few days. I would like to know of any nice spots to visit there.
I know there are lots of ruins, but I’m more interested in visiting churches, spending some time on a beach, and eating some good local Greek food. Any suggestions?

Also how easy is it to travel on the island? Are taxis easy to find outside of Rhodes city? Are they expensive?

I would extremely appreciate any advice.

Thanks

Posted by Athensguide on October 17, 2010

Traveling with children should be a fun experience, but all too often parents forget that kids don’t always like the same things we like, or that they don’t always move at the same pace as the grown-ups move. There’s alot of archeology in Greece, and you have traveled far to see it. But to your kids, (and to some adults) after awhile all… Continue

Greek Style Pork Tenderloin

Posted by Greek Cooking with my Sisters on May 21, 2013 at 8:17am 0 Comments
