If you know where to look, Mykonos has some of the best restaurants in Greece! Just make sure that you're going to authentic places, and ones that aren't catered to tourists. I've had my fair share of good and bad food on the island, and I feel like I have a pretty good sense of where to go. These are a few of my favorites, but feel free to share yours in the commons below! Hopefully I'll be able to make it to Mykonos this summer and try a few of your recommendations out.

This is a great list!

I always find the best restaurants in Greece (and in Mykonos) tend to be the small family owned tavernas, basically any place that does not have the menus written in English, LOL 🇬🇷

Did you know that you can stay inside a windmill in Mykonos

This is one of the most unique stays that I have seen in Mykonos! I wonder how many of these hotels there are and if they get booked up pretty quickly. Has anyone stayed in one of these before? I would love to here your experience and if you recommend it or not. Thanks everyone, I look forward to seeing your comments in the thread below.

Massive "Odyssey of the Seas" Cruises in Mykonos!

Enchanting Greek music in Mykonos

This music gives me life! I will never get tired of hearing the sounds of bouzouki and guitar like I used to when I was little in my grandparents village. Bravo to all of the Greeks making us proud around the country. I am so happy and blessed to be Greek, happiness and health to all of us in this New Year!

Is Mykonos noisy at night?

Don't get me wrong, I am super excited to see all of the nightlife in Mykonos when I visit this summer, but I am a little concerned about the noise level at night past 2 am. Is it still noisy at this time? I don't stay out too too late, and I would love to be able to get some sleep after I come back home from the day. What is everyones experience? And is every area noisy? Or is the nightlife located in a central place that is easy to avoid when booking a hotel? Thank you in advance!!

Passenger locator form

I have read PLF no longer required for Greece. Does this apply for Mykonos also ?
