I wish I could be lucky enough to participate in an event like this or even watching. Sadly they don’t do them where I live

Where I used to in Kalafatis beach, Mykonos the owner of Aphrodite Beach Hotel used to do these ceremonies on our beach,we were all much younger in those days,to dive into the cold water to fetch the cross, memories bring back memories!
