Been messing around with livestreaming for friends and small events, and people keep telling me I should turn it into a real service. I love the tech side and the creative chaos, but I have zero clue how to start making it into a paid thing without crashing and burning. Gear upgrades, pricing, finding clients, handling the pressure of live stuff... it's all swirling in my head.
