This is a great breakfast or brunch recipe, all you need to do is sauté zucchini with onions, mix in whipped eggs and cook to your liking and then add a little bit of oregano and feta cheese on top!

Do you cook it on the stovetop or bake it? Is this an omelet type of thing, or more like a frittata? Looks yummy!

I understand that Greece is just like other countries where there might be food trends, new dishes, etc to enjoy.

I'm looking to understand more about the latest trends that are currently shaping it. For example, you can get souvlaki all over. Everyone seems to serve a village salad with slight variations. Most regions seem to make moussaka. There are tons of others.
