When buying phyllo dough, you will notice that it is usually in the freezer section. I usually stock up on a few phyllo dough packs because I do not live super close to the Greek supermarket. When you want to make your dessert, make sure you take your dough and put it in the fridge overnight so that it can thaw properly. Thawing it on the countertop at room temperature will make the dough soggy and it will fall apart when you're trying to form it. Best of luck!
