Maybe you can see the house from google maps. What exactly are you looking for?

The picture from Google Maps ist from 2011 or 2012.
I only want to know, how the house looks like: maybe broken windows, there were solar and rain system.
I think, a lot is gone away. But thats not the problem.
Maybe some refugees live there. I dont know.
Only the look at the moment.

I think it will be better to contact a local photographer in Loutraki.
I usually stay in the Club hotel casino there at least 3-4 days but not this year, we can't travel o/s. If I had a house there I would be going at least every couple years.

I would, but I just left my home in Athens to go to my village in Northern Greece. Maybe you could reach out to a local photographer as someone else suggested?

Hmmm yes, maybe contacting a local photographer would be a bit more trustworthy, although expensive. Or maybe someone from the city/town?

You need to be careful. I believe that Greece has adverse possession laws. If someone else is living in your place for a period of time, they can claim it as theirs. Better check with your Greek lawyers.

Ive heard of this happening too....these laws can change as well so its hard to stay up to date when you're living abroad. This is something that I struggle with the most

Take a boat instead of driving to Porto Cheli!

I've seen so many people rent cars and drive all the way down to Porto Cheli from the Athens airport. While this is a great option if you prefer to drive, many people overlook taking a boat because it takes just a little bit longer. The reality is that taking a boat is much cheaper, and you also can be a lot more comfortable since you're able to walk around the deck, get snacks and coffee, and use the bathroom. Personally, I love taking the boat, because I also like to visit Hydra and Spetses when I am there and it's much easier to take boats to both of those islands as well.

A walking tour of Lavrio, Greece

Lavrio is the coastal town in the southeastern part of Attica which is the region where Athens is located. This is a great place to visit if you want to go to restaurants and shop around, but also be by the water. Personally, I get pretty tired of staying in downtown Athens because there's not much of a breeze and I can't get to the beach very quickly. This is only super easy if you're renting a car, otherwise you can get to the beach or visit closer beach areas like Glyfada.

Best Ice cream in Athens!❤️❤️😋😋

Odeon of Herodes Atticus, Acropolis

Now hear me out. I usually go to see a performance at the Odeon of Herodes Atticus theatre every time I visit Athens. A few times I have seen operas there. In fact, I have only been to operas at this theatre, having never been to an opera at any other time in my life. I have to say it is an amazing experience. If you are going this year and you have never been to an opera, Toscana is being performed here as part of the Athens & Epidaurus Festival. Do yourself a favour and go see it. You can find details here: https://whyathens.com/events/tosca-greek-national-opera/

And to get you in the mood, here are a couple of photos of the last opera I went to see there:
