Chef Pam just gave me the idea to cook this dish in another thread. It's been a while! I thought I would dust off my recipe - here are the ingredients:
- Spaghetti
- Ground beef or lamb or beef or lamb steaks cut really fine
- Onion
- Garlic
- Tomato paste
- Water plus maybe a splash of wine
- Bay leaf
- whole cloves (like 2)
- cinnamon stick
- olive oil
(Sometimes I omit the cloves).
Do you guys do something similar? Sometimes I use tomato sauce instead but I don't like it as much.
