I’m hosting about 10 people for dinner soon and thinking of doing a Greek-style meze spread, but I want to keep it simple and a little more “charcuterie-style” rather than the full, all-out spreads we usually do at family gatherings.
I’m picturing a mix of a few dips, cheeses, olives, maybe one or two easy hot items, and some bread, but nothing too complicated or time-consuming.
For those of you who have done this, what are your go-to items that feel authentic but still manageable? Any favorite combinations that look beautiful on a table without requiring a ton of prep?
I’d also love ideas for things that can be made ahead or picked up ready-made without sacrificing quality. Thank you!
