I am trying to plan my latest trip to Greece. To be honest, I don't like to plan too heavily, but I do like to know where I am staying and have a general idea of things to do. Whether or not I do them once I arrive is another story, but at least I have options.

There are a lot of beaches near Rhodes Town. Do you guys have a favorite? Some options I found:

  • Elli Beach
  • Kato Petres Beach
  • Sachtouri Beach
I am just basing this list on what I found on the Internet. I have no attachment. I love beaches that have services close or as part of the beach. Like a toilet, maybe a restaurant or cafe.

Do you know where you are staying this time?

I have never been to any of these beaches. Whenever I am on Rhodes I geek out over the history! I love the island though, it has a lushness that other Greek islands don't seem to have.

Not sure if you already visited Rhodes but Santa Marina is a very good beack next to the town

You will have to use the beach bar to gain access to this beach.

That beach like the rest in rhodes town tends to be windy most days. That combined with the hot sun could get you looking like a cooked lobster. ie very red

How do I start a successful livestream production service?

Been messing around with livestreaming for friends and small events, and people keep telling me I should turn it into a real service. I love the tech side and the creative chaos, but I have zero clue how to start making it into a paid thing without crashing and burning. Gear upgrades, pricing, finding clients, handling the pressure of live stuff... it's all swirling in my head. If anyone here has built a service like this or works in production, I’d love some real talk on what actually works and what to avoid.

What Part of Rhodes Feels Most “Local”?

I might be visiting friends in Rhodes this summer, and I’m trying to figure out which parts of the island feel the most local and authentic versus heavily touristy.

Don’t get me wrong, I’ll definitely check out the major spots and beaches, but I usually enjoy the places where you can actually slow down a little, grab a coffee, sit at a taverna, and get more of a feel for everyday life on the island.

My friends have mentioned that Rhodes has very different vibes depending on where you are, especially once you get away from the main tourist areas.

So I’m curious what people here would recommend. Are there any places that really capture the atmosphere of the island beyond the typical tourist experience?
