I have been trying to figure out how to fast the right way. I didn't expect that it was actually oil that was hard to give up! I use oil all the time in the kitchen and it's been hard to replace.
What do you guys do? I know that technically I heard somewhere we can use Crisco? I won't do it. It just doesn't seem healthy.
One thing I need is a way to sauté vegetables. Sometimes I use water or veggie stock but I am not sure it's really working. What do you guys do?
