Saganaki is one of those dishes that you can always find in a restaurant but people seldom make at home. I love making it at parties and get togethers because its always so loved, especially by the kids. I mean who doesn't love fried cheese! All you need to do to make saganaki is pick your favorite cheese (it could be halloumi, feta, kefalograviera etc.) and coat it in flour. Cook it on each side until its brown and then squeeze a lemon on top. Serve hot and enjoy!
