I’m putting together a simple meze spread for a casual get-together and could use some advice. So far, I’ve got fresh bread, tzatziki, and good olive oil on the table. I’d like to add a few more things—something easy to prepare or even store-bought that still feels authentic.
I’m thinking maybe some olives and feta, but I’d love suggestions beyond the basics. Are there any quick-to-make dips, cheeses, or cured meats you’d recommend? Anything that adds variety without too much effort?
Would love to hear your go-to meze staples. Let me know what you think!
