I plan to go to Santorini this summer, but even though I love it there, I suspect I will only want to spend a short time - just a few nights. I have some friends that actually live on Mykonos that I want to visit, so I am wondering the best way to go from Santorini to Mykonos? From what I understand, the ferry is pretty easy - is this true? I have only gone to Mykonos from the Athens airport and have never used the ferry to get on the island.

You will have many ferries every day from Santorini to Mykonos.
The trip takes between 2 and 3 hours depending on the ferry.
Highspeed ferries (eg Seajets) are the fastest but also the most expensive, around 90€ for a Santorini-Mykonos.

See this video, you will know everything (or almost) about ferries in Greece:

This is a great resource thank you for sharing! I have never done the ferry from Santorini to Mykonos but I heard that there are plenty and you don't need to book in advance.

Favorite islands in the Cyclades?

What are your favorite islands to visit in the Cyclades? I have been to Santorini and Mykonos many times, but I want to branch out and was thinking of visiting Tinos next time I am in Greece. Has anyone ever been to Tinos, Naxos, Antiparos, or any of the others and have any advice for me? I will be in Santorini for a little bit but then I would want to take a ferry to somewhere else.

Accessible beaches for everyone in Greece.

This is a major project and not going to happen everywhere overnight so to speak but it is a beginning very much needed for Greece!

Hearing Great Things About Milos

I have never been to Milos, but lately I have been hearing so many great things I am thinking I want to visit.

I have been to most of the major destinations in Greece like Athens, Crete, Santorini, etc. I want to explore some of the off the beaten track places!

Milos fans - do you have any stories, advice, or tips?
