We pride ourselves on making authentic Greek food.” She went on to say that festival organizers were inspired by authentic tavernas that are sprinkled all over Greece. Marsha says, “They look like little dives, but they have the best food.”She also went on to say that the church is so focused on making the food as perfectly as possible that the recipes they use are extremely detailed, right down to the way that a dish should be stirred or which spoon to even use.
