I know that there is some information about the early church in Greece in the Bible.

Are there other resources to check out that aren't online? I am not sure I trust the online sources.

I know that the early church was set up in places like Ephesus, and that Paul did a lot to speak on the things.

I would actually find a local Orthodox Christian church to visit, or if you are already part of the church, I would spend some time talking to your priest. Tell him that you want to learn more, and he might recommend some resources. Some churches have Bible studies, as well, and you might want to join those.

I am trying to learn more about Greek history. This is a family project! What I am learning about now is Greece's involvement in WWI. From what I've gathered, Greece had a rather complex and interesting stance during World War I, but I'm looking for more in-depth information.
