Born to a wonderful full Cretan Greek American Dad and a beautiful Irish Scottish. American mom. I grew up working in our family restaurant Zorba's. in 1969 I was one of 150 Greek American Students to participate in the AHEPA "Summer In Greece' Scholarship Program where we traveled all over Greece mainland and the Greek island of Crete.
