I would say yes! My Yiayia would always use a blended mix of park, beef and sometimes lamb in many of her recipes. I have made Greek style burgers before using 2 lbs beef, 1/2 lb pork and 1/2 lb lamb (with salt, pepper and oregano)...that is an amazing burger! ?? ??
