How long do you recommend to spend in Thessaloniki?

I would say 3 days is the minimum! Especially if you're thinking to spend time at museums or like to have longer meals. I tend to spend so much of the day eating that its almost gone lol

I think three days is enough to get a feel for the city and to get an overview. If you want to start exploring the surrounding area, as well, I would up it to 5 days or longer. There's a lot to do in the surrounding area.
