These lemon potatoes are loved all over the world, especially in Greece! They are a staple of Greek cuisine and can be paired with pretty much every Greek dish, but especially meat. They are slow roasted and drenched in lemon and olive oil to get a very crispy texture and tangy flavor. Usually they're seasoned with salt, pepper and oregano, but you can pretty much add anything else that you like such as rosemary, thyme or sage.
