Substituting yogurt for milk or cream is one of the best ways to make healthier and thicker batters for desserts and cakes! I like to make these pancakes when I'm in a pinch and what a bit of a tanginess for my pancakes. I also like to add lemon zest to balance out the flavour and some berries on top with a bit of powdered sugar and fresh mint to dress them up! They're absolutely great for a classy brunch
