Hey everyone – I’m not Greek, but I’ve really gotten into Greek food lately and I’m looking to try making some one-pot Greek meals at home. I’m a pretty simple cook, so anything that can be done in one big pot, Dutch oven, or slow cooker is right up my alley.
I’m into hearty meals with bold flavor—stuff like stews, beans, or meat with potatoes. I’ve heard of dishes like fasolada and stifado, but I’m not totally sure how to make them or what ingredients I’d need.
Would love recommendations for easy, guy-friendly Greek recipes that don’t require a bunch of fancy prep. Bonus if they’re great for leftovers or meal prep—I like to cook once and eat for a few days.
