I am trying to cut back on sugar in my cooking and use more honey. I like honey better, and I also feel as if it is more traditional.
I know I can't avoid using sugar for certain things, especially in baking. I know that honey makes the batter behave differently.
None the less, I'd like to substitute at least some sugar for honey when I bake, if possible. Does anyone have any tips?
