I just made these aromatic lamb chops, potatoes in the oven, and Greek village salad for my dinner guests and they loved it! I marinated the lamb chops overnight with sage, rosemary, fresh oregano, olive oil, lemon, and fresh chopped garlic. The salad was a classic Greek salad, and the potatoes were classic Greek potatoes with olive oil and lemon, with a little bit of fresh garlic and chopped parsley. What do you guys think?
