I have a little briki that holds 4 little cups of Greek coffee.
I usually just make two cups at once, though. I like it very strong and without sugar, so I have the technique down for how I like it.
I make Greek coffee for people who like it weaker, and who like sugar. How much sugar should I put? I put 1/2 a teaspoon once and it wasn't enough for the person. Tried 1 teaspoon and they thought it tasted better.
Overall though, it is possible I am making it too strong to begin with? Any advice will be helpful!
