This isn't, to my knowledge, and actual Greek dish. But, it reminds me of the flavors of Greece so I am calling it Greek inspired. It's one of my favorites to use with barbecue:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
I put all in a mason jar and shake it. I guess aside from the cumin and red pepper flakes, it's basically ladolemono.
