Who doesn't love a good twist on a Greek and American classic!! I just found this recipe on Aris' website and will be making it to wow my kids at breakfast this weekend. The recipe is pretty simple, but a little more complicated than classic pancakes. If you've made kadaifi before, it will be very simple for you. I have shared the recipe in this YouTube video, this is the Greek version so I apologize for those who do not speak Greek. Hopefully he will share an English version soon.

I have learned so much about Greek cuisine by being on this forum! I know that there are standard recipes that everyone seems to cook.
For example, you can get souvlaki all over. Everyone seems to serve a village salad with slight variations. Most regions seem to make moussaka. There are tons of others.
I have also noticed that each region has their own specialties. How do you go about learning about them?
