Im making this for my last barbecue of the year before it gets cold. Super simple and a crowdpleaser! All you need to do is slice zuchinni thinly (as pictured) and marinated for 10 minutes in ladolemono (lemon, olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano) and then grill under soft (but not mushy). I like to garnish with some crumbled feta on top
