I highly doubt you’re going to have any leftover tsoureki but just in case you do, you can always vacuum seal it and keep it in a zip lock back so that you can thaw it in the toaster and then make french toast with it. This is my favorite way not to overeat my tsoureki because we make and buy so damn much of it that I find myself eating about a loaf a day. Enjoy!
