Whenever I am in Greece, I see that there are all kinds of fruit jams for sales in the stores, and these are often Greek-owned companies.
I don't have a single recipe for "Greek-style Jam" in my family recipe files.
Is it pretty common to make jam from scratch in Greece? Is it a different type of recipe than what we might be used to outside of Greece?
I ask because I have an influx of fresh strawberries in my garden, more than I can use, and I want to make strawberry jam- but I like the kind I've had in Greece better than what I can find here!
