I am thinking of joining the group that makes the prosforo for the church services. Does anyone have a good recipe for making it? I want to try to make it myself a few times before I volunteer to make sure that it isn't too much for me. I don't want to ask anyone on the committee for the recipe because I don't want them to know that I might volunteer just yet.
I am assuming it is okay to eat the bread after I make it?
