I would love to rent a car while in Greece because I like exploring the outskirts of islands and having my own freedom. But I wonder if its worth bringing the car on the ferry because I hate spending my sweet vacation time looking for parking and driving around in circles. Is parking a nightmare?

Sounds so lovely. I visited a similar hotel where they grew their own veggies and fruit and had their own honey. It's called Symantron and it was somewhere in the Peloponnese region.

I've never taken a train in Greece, only bus so I don't know what it's like. Although trains are usually always better! Have you taken it? What was your experience?

I know this meal isn't traditionally Cretan, but you can always tell the quality of an islands food through it's street style food. This was the best kalamaki I've ever had!!!! I also ate a dakos salad but I was so hungry that I didn't take pics. Yamas! What is your favorite Cretan food?

Frappe is the best and it's so easy to make!! Froth 2 teaspoons nescafe and 2 teaspoons sugar (optional) with cold water. Add as much milk as you like Ice cubes It's really that simple
