Is it common to find spas while in Greece? I have bumped into some information about them, but I don't hear a lot about people who visit them.

I will likely be in Greece for a while - several weeks - and I am thinking I might need a down day or two.

I will be visiting Athens, Aegina, and Santorini on this trip.

Yes I always find spas everywhere. Sometimes I stay in a hotel that has one, and other times I've asked around or simply walked by an eye-catching spa and given it a try!
 
I see it’s been a while since you’ve posted, but I just wanted to ask if anyone has tried Euphoria Retreat in the Peloponnese lately? I’ve heard they mix traditional therapies with some unique local treatments, and I’m curious if it lives up to the hype. Also wondering if anyone has found any smaller, less touristy spa spots in the islands that feel a bit more personal.

The place had a cozy spa, light yoga, and great staff. The view was beautiful and the energy felt calming, especially after a few days of fasting.
