Do I have to love partying to go to Mykonos?

I know that Mykonos is known for its wild parties and excessive drinking… but I'm really a low-key traveler and I just want to visit an island with beautiful beaches and a great vibe. Is there anyway that I can have fun in Mykonos without getting hammered?

Most definitely. So many people think that Mykonos is just for partiers, but there is an entire island full of locals and expats who are living like the rest of Greeks.
 
There’s so much more to do than visit beach clubs. Mykonos is actually more romantic than you would think. There are beautiful sunsets and cooking classes that are great for a couples to do one on one. I'm not sure if you were single or not, but who knows you could always meet the love of your life in Mykonos.

Learning Greek While in Mykonos?

Good Clubs in Mykonos?

I have heard mixed reviews about partying in Mykonos. Some really love it, some can't stand it. I love a good nightclub so I am hoping I will love it. I love to dance, too. I don't like anything over the top, just normal club vibes.

I did some preliminary research. What do you guys think?

Shopping from local artisans while in Mykonos question

I'm planning a trip to Mykonos soon and one thing I'm really excited about is exploring the local artisan scene. I've heard that the island is home to many talented craftsmen and artists, and I'd love to bring back some unique and authentic souvenirs.

Packing for Mykonos Trip

I am going to be in Mykonos mid-September. Is it still warm enough for some solid beach time?

During the trip we will also be sightseeing, going out for dinner, doing some boating (friends), and maybe renting jet skis or something like that.

Latest I have ever been to Mykonos has been mid-August. Is the weather in September that much different?

Best Mykonos beaches for families?

I'm planning a family vacation to Mykonos and would love some recommendations on the best family-friendly beaches. With a couple of toddlers in tow, I'm looking for beaches that are not only beautiful but also safe for the little ones to play around and paddle in the water.

Additionally, amenities like clean restrooms, nearby places to grab a bite to eat, and shaded areas would be a huge plus. We want to avoid the party scenes and opt for more serene spots where we can build sandcastles and enjoy the waves without too much worry.
