I love the photos I see of people who are wearing that beautiful flowing dress, and the photo is taken with the backdrop of the gorgeous island.

I love the photo and want to do one for myself.

How can I do this? I heard that it is actually a business? Does anyone have any details?

I almost did this - but I ran out of time at he port. It was a very hot day when I was there, though, and I didn't have a way to freshen my hair and makeup.

If I go back and am able to stay for a few days, I would definitely do it then.

The photos that come back are so cool!
 
Jumping in on this older post because I’ve actually seen a few local photographers in Santorini offer these dress shoots as full packages. Some even rent the flowing dresses themselves. If you’re thinking of doing it, are you more interested in booking a session or starting something similar as a business? I’m curious what part appeals to you most.

I’m considering spending some time in Pyrgos during my next trip to Santorini, and I’d love to hear from people who have visited. I’ve been looking for places that feel a little different from the busier parts of the island, and Pyrgos looks like it could be a great place to explore for a few hours.

For those who have been, what did you enjoy most about Pyrgos? Are there particular streets, churches, viewpoints, shops, or places to eat that you would recommend? Santorini for an Anniversary Trip

A friend of mine is thinking about going to Santorini for an anniversary trip, and she asked me for suggestions. I’ve been to Santorini quite a few times over the years, but almost always as part of family trips, so my experiences there have been a little different from what she’s looking for.
